Anh Tran is a Partner at Modern Wealth Law where she advises individuals and business owners on all aspects of tax and estate planning, probate and trust administration.

Experience

Prior to joining Modern Wealth Law, Anh was Vice President of Financial Counseling at The Ayco Company, a private wealth management division of Goldman Sachs. She provided comprehensive financial counseling services to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, and families. Anh was responsible for creating and implementing proactive financial and tax planning tactics and sound investment solutions, striving to provide a comprehensive, effective and integrated financial strategy for her clients. Her areas of expertise include employee benefits, estate planning, tax planning, and investment management.

Education

Anh received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine where she majored in International Relations and minored in Business Management. Anh is currently a member of the California Bar Association.

Community Involvement

Anh is actively involved in her community and volunteers for several charities. She is currently on the board of Impact Giving which is a women’s collective giving organization committed to making an impact both locally and globally by supporting positive sustainable social change where most needed.

Anh is fluent in Vietnamese and represents many prominent individuals and businesses in the Asian American community including Irvine, Newport Beach and surrounding areas of Orange County and Los Angeles County. Anh is also a contributing author to Nguoi Viet’s financial column, the largest Vietnamese newspaper in the United States.

Super Lawyers Magazine selected Anh Tran as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2014, 2015 and 2016 for Estate Planning and Probate, an award that is given to only 2.5% of all attorneys in the country.

Personal Life

Anh enjoys hot yoga, cooking, traveling, and outdoor activities.
